"One has to be patient to witness the full scale of the impact of education."
We are steadfast and patient in our work to better lives through education because education is the only path out of hopefulness for so many. We wanted to re-share this article about our TCF Alumni. Education has not only changed their lives, but the lives of everyone around them.

Planting the Seeds of Learning: Part 5
Nearly 7 years after the tragic earthquake, Seeds of Learning is hosting its 7th Annual Fundraising Dinner in an effort to continue the momentum of hope and change that overpowers the destruction and devastation left behind. Follow the journey as we explore the mission, vision and history of Seeds of Learning in this 4-part blog series. Read Part 1 here, Part 2 here, Part 3 here and Part 4 here.
Thank you for joining us on the journey of how Seeds of Learning got its start and how it grew into what it is. But, the journey is not over and there is a long way yet to go.
Our students need to further their education beyond the 8th grade level. They are in need of a high school. A high school education opens doors for students to pursue even bigger dreams. Dreams that may have been limited to a majority of the students because of the lack of opportunity to reach post-secondary school. This next step in education can open up doors that were not only closed before but were also out of reach.
How do we plan on creating the school?
Step 1 begins with the help of our community… YOU! Join us for the Annual Seeds of Learning Fundraising Banquet on Saturday, October 5th.
Dinner, community, and story sharing as well as entertainment, silent and live auctions are on the agenda, and it never fails to be a good time for all.
Register online by Friday, October 4th. Seats are limited, so purchase your tickets now!
